Reports are prepared based on the inspection, testing or assessment carried out at the time of the visit and within the agreed scope of work.
Reports may include observations, findings, recommendations, risk ratings, test results or suggested actions.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, reports do not guarantee that a site is free from all defects, risks or future compliance issues. They reflect the condition and information available at the time of inspection.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the report and arranging any required remedial work, further investigation or follow-up action.
National Testing Solutions aims to carry out services in line with relevant UK guidance, standards, regulations and industry practice applicable to the agreed scope of work.
However, responsibility for overall site compliance remains with the duty holder, responsible person, building owner, employer, landlord, managing agent or other party legally responsible for the premises.
Our services are intended to support compliance, risk management and audit readiness, but they do not transfer legal responsibility from the customer or duty holder to National Testing Solutions.
Where defects, risks or non-compliance issues are identified, we may recommend remedial work or further investigation.
Unless expressly included in the agreed scope, remedial work is not included in inspection, testing or reporting services.
Any remedial work will be quoted and agreed separately.
Payment terms will be set out in the quote, invoice or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
We reserve the right to request payment in advance, staged payments, deposits or payment before reports are released.
Late payment may result in:
Delay in issuing reports or certificates
